| Description On December 6, 2022, the attorney for the School Board tendered his resignation in writing to the full board at their December meeting. The effective date of the resignation was December 23, 2022 with a final employment termination date of April 14, 2023. Notice of 112 days was given pursuant to the terms of Mr. Bickner’s written contract. Mr. Bickner was asked to rescind his resignation in order to allow additional time to locate and hire his replacement. After some discussion between the Attorney and the Board members at their workshop meeting on March 28, 2023 the unanimous consensus of the board was to allow the resignation to be rescinded and to reinstate Mr. Bickner’s original contract, in its entirety, the terms of which dictate that it, terminates on December 30 2023. | ||
