C13 - Keystone Heights High School Site Improvements (Sanitary Line) Contract Award
This project is listed in the 2019/20 Educational Facilities Plan (EFP). The project was competitively bid and was advertised for three (3) consecutive weeks with the Clay Today. The bid opening was held November 14, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. The project had Three (3) bidders and all bidders met the bid requirements.

Award the construction contract to Scorpio, the low bidder meeting specifications in the base bid amount of $494,007.00.
