This is an Attorney-Client session for the purpose of discussion of strategy regarding litigation expenditures and settlement negotiations, called pursuant to Florida Statute 286.011(8). This session is closed to the public and to anyone not expressly authorized to attend F.S.286.011(8). The Board members and their Attorney will discuss litigation strategy with regard to expenditures and settlement negotiations on two matters in litigation.  In attendance will be:
