Each district shall develop, in collaboration with local workforce development boards, economic development agencies, and postsecondary institutuions approved to operate in the state, a strategic 3-year plan to address and meet local and regional workforce demands.

Adopting this document will be a roadmap for the CTE Department as it serves the students, families, business partners, and stakeholders of Clay County regarding workforce demands. It will also ensure Clay County complies with statutes and regulations regarding the CAPE plan.
