Chairman Kerekes began by explaining the order of proceedings:

• Board members will introduce themselves to the candidate
• Candidate will be given 5 minutes to introduce him or herself
• Board members will alternately  ask the FSBA questions
• Board members will then ask additional questions they may have
• Candidate will be allowed to ask of the Board any questions he or she may have

Several Board members expressed concern over some of the questions on the FSBA list.  Mrs. Gilhousen asked that questions 2, 5, 7. 8 be strickened. The questions were not removed from the list but Mrs. Gilhousen was excused from asking the noted questions, and all of the FSBA questions were asked.  Mrs. Kerekes announced that a copy of Board member interview notes would be retrieved and given to Mr. Broskie.
