Title C20 - Change Order #4 for Middleburg High School Cafeteria Expansion | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is the result of changed site conditions and the need for additional items to include labor and materials for additional painting in the cafeteria expansion area. Labor and materials to install additional life safety fire alarm strobe lights in the single seat restrooms in accordance with code. Labor and materials to install additional kitchen equipment in the serving line in accordance with health code. Labor and materials to replace two access doors adjacent to the cafeteria expansion. | ||

Financial Impact This change order will increase the contract amount by $18,922.94. Architect fees, contracted at 8.5%, will increase by $1,608.45 as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Work Plan. | ||
