| Description This asset management software used in tandem with facility condition assessments and maintenance work orders analysis enables Clay County District Schools to make better decisions based on asset replacement using a comprehensive catalog of asset data and lifecycle cost analysis evidence. This software allows the district to strive for a common goal for how much funding is needed and what assets and/or systems are nearing the end of their useful life. | ||
| Gap Analysis Studies have shown that strategic asset management reduces asset degradation by up to 50% a year. This system assists with forecasting replacements of critical facility mechanical systems. | ||
