C5 - Replacement Contract for Negotiation Services (Pulled by Mrs. Kerekes)
The firm of Rumberger, Kirk, and Caldwell will replace the services of Buchanan, Ingersoll and Rooney for all aspects of contract negotiations. The specific expertise of Rumberger, Kirk and Caldwell will lead to successful contract negotiations and labor relations with all district employees.
Approve the recommendation.

Approximately $20,000, the services of Rumberger, Kirk and Caldwell will replace the services of Buchanan, Ingersoll and Rooney thus making it difficult to determine; however, there could be a possible savings of labor relations costs in comparison to previous years.
