Title C32 - Change Order #5 for Middleburg Transportation Facility Fuel System Repair/Replacement | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for material and labor to provide remedial activities based on the Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s (FDEP’s) letter dated March 30, 2023. The activities will include; the preparation of a Limited Scope Remedial Action Plan (LSRAP), installation of two additional groundwater monitoring wells and two fluid vapor recovery wells, up to six groundwater sampling events, and three vacuum pump events. | ||

Financial Impact This change order will increase the contract amount by $83,368.00. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Work Plan. | ||
