In accordance with the School Board’s contract with D.E. Scorpio Corporation, dba Scorpio, for Construction Management At-Risk Services for Keystone Heights Elementary School New Cafeteria/Classrooms, Scorpio, presents to the School Board the GMP Contract Award Bid Package #1 (Site Work).  This Bid Package includes building construction and site work associated with storm drainage, paved play court, and playground equipment relocation.

The Agreement the School Board has with the Construction Manager (CM) At-Risk, Scorpio, dated February 3, 2022, would be amended to establish a separate GMP for Bid Package #1 (Site Work). 

The CM At-Risk at Discovery Oaks Elementary utilized multiple GMPs to allow the site work to begin while the building design was being completed.

GMP Bid Package #1 (Site Work) will allow construction to begin and ensure an on time project completion.

Ensure effective management of the organization, operations, and facilities to maximize the use of resources and promote a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment for Clay County students.

Approve the Keystone Heights Elementary School New Cafeteria/Classrooms Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract Award Bid Package #1 (Site Work).
