C13 - Change Order #5 for Discovery Oaks Elementary School (Elementary “Y”)
Description

Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications.  Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval.  The change is for days only due to weather conditions delaying construction, thus adding twenty-eight (28) calendar days to the project.

Financial Impact
No financial impact. This Change Order will add twenty-eight (28) additional days to the contract. The revised substantial completion date is July 2, 2018 and Final Completion date is July 30, 2018.
