In accordance with the School Board’s contract with Parrish McCall Constructors Inc. for Construction Management At-Risk Services for Elementary “Y”, Parrish McCall Constructors Inc. presents to the School Board the GMP Bid Package 2 for Elementary School “Y.”  This bid package includes construction of the buildings.

The Agreement the School Board has with the Construction Manager (CM) At-Risk, Parrish McCall Constructors Inc., dated April 6, 2017, would be amended to establish a separate GMP for construction of the buildings for Elementary Y.  Doing so will allow the contractor to move seamlessly from sitework to building construction. This is a separate and final GMP for Construction of Elementary “Y” to be added to the agreement.

The CM At-Risk is able to proceed with building construction in a timely manner which will translate to an on time completion. 

The CM At-Risk will be able to transition from clearing, site work, and underground utilities into building construction seamlessly translating to an on time completion.

Approve Elementary “Y” Guaranteed Maximum Price Bid Package 2 (Building Construction).
