| Description The current Green Cove transportation yard is facing significant spatial constraints that compromise operational efficiency. In an effort to resolve these issues, the district is requesting approval to acquire the adjacent 0.91-acre parcel (Parcel ID: 38-06-26-017175-000-00). This acquisition would enable a strategic expansion and reconfiguration of the current property, optimizing traffic flow while streamlining bus staging and staff parking. Additionally, the acquisition would accommodate future fleet expansion as the southeast Green Cove Springs area continues to develop. | ||
