This agreement is between Clay County District Schools and Florida State College at Jacksonville (FSCJ), St. Leo University, St. Johns River State College and St. Joseph's University for pre-service teacher candidates and interns (formerly known as student teachers) to be placed in and receive instruction in Clay County schools.
