Title C26 - Clay County Utility Authority Grant of Easement and Temporary Grant of Easement at the Middleburg Transportation Facility | ||
Description Per land description and drawings as set forth in the attachments and Exhibits “A” of each Easement request, CCUA is seeking approval for both a Grant of Easement and Temporary Grant of Easement (expires April 20, 2019). These two Easements are necessary to enable CCUA to relocate existing wastewater force main and water main in advance of FDOTs First Coast Expressway construction project. | ||
Gap Analysis Approval of the Easements will allow CCUA to effectively improve and facilitate area water and wastewater lines, laterals, mains, and local road improvements while FDOT constructs the First Coast Expressway. | ||
Previous Outcomes Per staff recommendations, the Board has approved previous CCUA Grants of Easement. | ||
Expected Outcomes Based on previous decisions, consent to approve both Grants of Easement is expected for CCUA access to Middleburg Transportation Facility utility road connecting CR 220 and Blanding Boulevard. | ||

Recommendation Approve both requests for CCUA’s Grant of Easement and Temporary Grant of Easement at Middleburg Transportation Facility. | ||
