D7 - Proposed Allocation Changes for 2017-2018
Description: Staff allocation documents clarify how each school, district, department and division is staffed for the 2017-2018 school year. The School Board is required to take action on all staff allocation changes.
Gap Analysis: These allocations are required to ensure the adequate staffing of the district and the schools.
Previous Outcome: The district and the schools are adquately staffed.
Expected Outcome: N/A
Strategic Plan: The staffing plan with detailed formulas was used to build the allocation package. The formula is based on a state-driven statistical model which provides the necessary resources for our students while keeping in mind our budgetary contraints.
Approve the staff allocation plan as submitted.
