Title C9 - Approve Amendment to Exhibits A and B which are attached to the “Clinical Affiliation Agreement” which is an Agreement between the School Board and Pavilion for Healthcare, which is a part of Penney Community, Inc. | ||
Description The School Board entered into an Agreement with Pavilion for Healthcare, which is a part of Penney Community, Inc, which authorized Pavilion for Healthcare, which is a part o Penney Community, Inc. to accept, and the School Board to provide, students to participate in clinical training at Pavilion for Healthcare. (Contract #190071) At the time of the Agreement, neither Exhibit A nor B listed the Clay County Adult and Community Education program as a participant in the clinical exchange. Since the initial approval of the Agreement, it has been annually renewed and is utilizing students who are participants of CTE and the Adult and Community Education programs. Amending the Exhibits will serve to allow the provision of Notice to the Adult and Community Education Program of all matters worthy of notice and also include CTE and Adult and Community Education as “Programs” in the “Informed Consent and Liability Waiver” which is completed by participants in the clinical program. | ||
