Title C25 - Change Order #1 for Middleburg Transportation Facility Fuel System Repair/Replacement | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for materials and labor to install Nupi piping instead of the specified fiberglass piping due to material shortages. 45 additional calendar days to achieve substantial completion will be required due to material shortages and longer than average lead times with project materials due to Covid 19. | ||

Financial Impact This change order will increase the contract amount by $8,775.00. Architect fees will increase by $745.88 as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan. | ||
