Title C16 - BID to be Awarded | ||
Description Award BID as required per FS 287, DOE 6A-1.012 and School Board Policy a. Motor Oil, Transmission Fluid & Other Automotive Fluids – County Wide Bid #19-TR-90: Contract Period is for a one (1) year period from April 30, 2020 through April 29, 2021 with the option to renew for (4) 1 year periods upon mutual agreement, in writing. Bid established for the purchase and delivery of motor oil, diesel exhaust fluid, automatic transmission fluid and any other required fluids as specified in bid for the use in county vehicles. The vendor awarded is the lowest most responsive and responsible qualified bidder meeting specifications. | ||
Gap Analysis The District requires contractors to provide services to ensure our facilities and equipment are maintained and functional. The District requires vendors to provide products to ensure our students and staff receive the items to meet their needs. | ||
Previous Outcomes Prior Board approved Bid will expire but it was used successfully during the past terms to provide quality services and products to the district. | ||
Expected Outcomes Upon approval by the Board, we expect the vendor to provide quality services and products at the terms and conditions listed in the Bid. | ||
