Title C18 - Clay Electric Cooperative Right-of-Way Easement at Tynes Elementary School | ||
Description Clay Electric Cooperative is seeking a Right-of-Way Easement as described in Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B” to install, operate, maintain, and have access to electrical equipment in association with CCUA’s reclaimed water plant at Tynes Elementary School. | ||
Gap Analysis No action would result in denial of Clay Electric Cooperative’s access to electrical equipment and distribution system providing electrical power to CCUA’s reclaimed water plant (currently under construction). | ||
Previous Outcomes Per staff recommendations, the Board has approved previous requests for Right-of-Way Easements. | ||
Expected Outcomes Based on previous decisions, consent to approve the Right-of-Way Easement is expected. | ||
Strategic Plan Goal Ensure effective management of the organization, operations, and facilities to maximize the use of resources and promote a safe, efficient, and effective learning environment for Clay County students. | ||
