| Description The construction plan for the new classroom wing at Rideout Elementary School includes adding another entrance to the school along Henley Road. This right-of-way easement with the Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) will allow CCUA access required to maintain, construct, improve, or repair its utility infrastructure under the section of land used for the Henley Road entrance to the school. | ||
