This agreement will be a combined effort with Clay County district Schools, Florida Department of Education and Clay county families.The agreement enables high school counselors to track which students have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). This allows high school counselors to increase access and awareness of available funding to post-secondary options for our students. In a collaborative effort with our families we will be able to assist in preparing our students for their next steps. 

Previously, students and their families have had difficulty completing their FAFSA form. 

The expected outcome is  to increase the number of students who qualify for financial aid and post-secondary options.

Strategy 1.3 Prepare all students to be full option graduates who are prepared for college, eligible to enlist in military services, or able to compete in the workforce.
