Title
C22 - Approve Easement Agreement between the School Board of Clay County, Florida and Clay County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, granting the County a storm water and drainage easement on the campus of Lake Asbury Junior High School.
Description

The School Board, on January 6, 2022, approved an Interlocal Agreement Between Clay County, Florida and the School Board of Clay County, Florida regarding improvement to Sandridge Road, some of which improvements impact property owned by the School Board to wit: the school campuses located on Sandridge Road at Henley Road. One impact is that one drainage pond on the campus of Lake Asbury Jr. High must be increased in size from 0.42 acres to 1.38 acres to accommodate increased drainage while a second drainage pond on the campus will be eliminated. The subject easement grants the County a perpetual non-exclusive easement for stormwater and drainage into the subject pond and allows the County to increase the size of the pond to meet needed drainage requirements.
