Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This deductive change order is for contingency funding not expended during the completion of the Site Work for the classroom addition at Lake Asbury Junior High School GMP 1. | ||

Financial Impact This deductive change order will reduce the contract amount by $27,747.41. Architect fees, contracted at 3.9%, will reduce by $1,082.15 as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Work Plan. | ||
