| Description The Middleburg High School HVAC Repair/Replacement project was listed and approved by the School Board as part of the 2026/27 Educational Facilities Plan (EFP). The district will be utilizing the CCSB Contract- County Wide 2023 Chiller Services-23-MA-326. Per School Board policy, contracts over $500,000.00 must be approved by the School Board of Clay County; therefore, this contract is being presented for approval. | ||

| Strategic Plan Goal Ensure fiscal responsibility through the effective management of district operations in an effort to maximize available resources necessary to provide an environment that is safe, efficient, and conducive to learning. | ||
| Recommendation Award the contract to Trane U.S., Inc. using the CCSB Contract-County Wide 2023 Chiller Services-23-MA-326. The total contract award is $509,401.90 which consists of labor ($184,050.00) and material costs ($325,351.90). | ||
