To comply with fire code, two new fire hydrants were installed at Ridgeview Elementary School. This installation requires extending a new fire water main. The construction is now complete, and three documents are required to be signed.

1. Certificate of Construction Completion – Certifies that the construction was completed correctly.

2.  Bill of Sale of Utility System – Sale of the Ridgeview Elementary School Fire Main Connection to Clay County Utility Authority for Fire Protection.

3. Developer Assignment of Warranty – Assigns the contractor’s warranty to the Clay County Utility Authority for its use during the warranty period.

If no action is taken, the project will not be able to be completed.

The School Board has approved similar construction completion documents with the Clay County Utility Authority in the past.

It is expected that the School Board will approve these documents for the Fire Main Construction Completion Documents - Ridgeview Elementary Fire Alarm Repair/Replacement Project.
