| Description The Plantation Oaks Elementary School HVAC Repair/Replacement project was listed and approved by the School Board as part of the 2026/27 Educational Facilities Plan (EFP). The district will be utilizing the CCSB Contract-County Wide 2023 Chiller Services-23-MA-326. Per School Board policy, contracts over $500,000.00 must be approved by the School Board of Clay County; therefore, this contract is being presented for approval.

| Recommendation Award the contract to Trane U.S., Inc. using the CCSB Contract-County Wide 2023 Chiller Services-23-MA-326. The total contract award is $1,070,182.04 which consists of labor ($355,684.00) and material costs ($714,498.04). | ||
