Plantiff Drees Homes of Florida filed an "as applied" inverse condemnation action against the Clay County School Board.  The Plantiff will file an application with the Clay County Board of County Commissioners to amend the property's Future Land Use in the 2025 Comprehensive Plan by eliminating the Property's Future School Site designation.  In the event the CCSB elects to concur with the application, the Plaintiff will voluntarily dismiss the action with prejudice.
