Title C25 - Change Order #2 for Paterson Elementary School Fire Alarm Replacement | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for materials and labor to replace damaged fiber connectors, breakout kits, and fiber optic cabling for 40 portable classrooms and install fire alarm interface to 12 new HVAC units in Buildings 1 and 2 not shown on contract drawings. | ||

Financial Impact This change order will increase the contract amount by $19,288.69. Architect fees will increase by $1,639.54 as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan. | ||
