The current contract with DEX Imaging (TonerType) expires in October. This gives CCDS an opportunity to improve service for teachers and schools with a new contract. The new contract has been written to take advantage of better pricing. The previous pricing schedule cost per page was $0.01 for Black and white printing. The new pricing schedule cost per page will be $0.0085 for black and white printing, a savings of $0.0015 per page. Color printing remains the same at $0.10 per page.

The current contract with DEX Imaging (TonerType) expires in October. This contract will continue the service for two years with the ability to renew for three additional one year terms.

CCDS has contracted previously with Sun Print and then Dex Imaging (TonerType) since 2018.
