Description

Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or owner, and may increase or decrease the project scope as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer or staff before submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for the extension of the contract by six (6) days.

Financial Impact
If approved, this change order will not increase the contract amount. The Substantial Completion date will now be August 19, 2024. Final Completion date is September 13, 2024. Architect fees will not increase as a result of this change order.
