The selection was conducted in accordance with Florida Statute 287.055.  The project was advertised for three consecutive weeks with The Clay Today.  Selection Committee members were Lance Addison, Director for Facilities Planning and Construction, Josh Goff, Project Manager, Bryce Ellis, Assistant Superintendent for Operations and Beth Clark, School Board Member.   

As a result of interviews and after due consideration, the Selection Committee recommends the following firms as listed in priority order:

The Board has previously awarded architect contracts for specific projects.

Upon approval by the Board, we expect the awarded architectural firm to provide quality design services for the RideOut Elementary School Classroom Addition project per contract to include design services for a new classroom addition.

Ensure fiscal responsibility through the effective management of district operations in an effort to maximize available resources necessary to provide an environment that is safe, efficient, and conducive to learning.

Appoint the top ranked firm, Bhide & Hall Architects, P.A., at a fee of 5.5% of the construction cost for RideOut Elementary School Classroom Addition.
