Description The items listed have been surveyed by the Coordinator of Property Control, at the request of the Cost Center Property Manager, and the recommended disposition is noted. These items are either obsolete, unusable or beyond economical repair. These items should be removed from active inventory and disposed of in the manner indicated. Deletions are for property items received in the month of July, 2020. | ||

Expected Outcomes Tangible Personal Property shall be controlled and supervised from acquisition through transfer or disposal. Disposal of property shall be in accordance with Section 274.05, Florida Statutes. All deletions of items with a value of $1,000.00 or more will be approved by The School Board of Clay County prior to disposition - School Board Policy Section 5.03C. | ||
