• Building 92 Room 608, designated CI 0832 (DCA MBE 002617)

• Building 92 Room 828, designated CI 0456 (DCA MBE 002598)

• Building 92 Room 826, designated CI 0798 (DCA MBE 002610)

• Building 92 Room 804, designated CI 0840 (DCA MBE 002625)

• Building 92 Room 807, designated CI 0797 (DCA MBE 002609)

• Building 92 Room 843, designated CI 0733 (DCA MBE 002607)

• Building 92 Room 801, designated CI 0838 (DCA MBE 002623)

These structures have reached the end of their useful lives, are beyond economical repair, and possess no resale value. Disposal should be executed via the most cost-effective means.

No action would result in an unnecessary financial burden on the district.

The School Board has previously approved the disposal of relocatable buildings.

It is expected that the School Board will approve the disposal of thirteen relocatable buildings at Fleming Island Elementary.

Ensure fiscal responsibility through the effective management of district operations in an effort to maximize available resources necessary to provide an environment that is safe, efficient, and conducive to learning.
