| Description Addendum prepared by School Board Attorney to settle outstanding invoices for services rendered and conclude previous Independent Contractor Agreement between Clay County District Schools and Flagler Hospital, Inc. d/b/a UF Health St. Johns dated September 5, 2024. Flagler Health provided a program called BRAVE. The program functioned to assist with behavior health service referrals for Clay County District Schools and was initiated to assist the district in complying with Senate Bill 7030 which required our student mental health referrals be assessed and connected to services within 30 days of initial referral.
