Title C28 - Change Order #1 (Days Only) for S. Bryan Jennings Fire Alarm Repair/Replacement | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for an additional eleven (11) days added to the contract due to unforeseen conflicts with the new fire alarm system and the current conduit and pathways between the buildings. | ||
