Execution of Close-Out documents for the Clay County Utility Authority for Discovery Oaks Elementary School.  These documents are required to be executed as part of the Clay County Utility Authority process requirements.  The Close-out Documents include: Certificate of Construction Completion – Owner’s Affidavit, Bill of Sale of Utility System, Value of Acceptance Report, and Contractor’s Warranty & Developer Assignment of Warranty.
