July 17, 2008 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #12 Item Title C-13 Interagency Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and the Department of Juvenile Justice regarding No Contact Order (Kravitz Law) Issue/Rationale Guidelines are established between the Department of Juvenile Justice Probation Circuit 4 and the School Board of Clay County to assure protection of victims attending Clay County schools.  Notification takes place at the time of adjudication, withholding of adjudication, or plea of guilty or nolo contendere for felony offenses. Recommended Action Approve the Interagency Agreement between the School Board of Clay County and the Department of Juvenile Justice regarding No Contact Order (Kravitz Law) as submitted.
