Consider Strategy 8.1 - Ensure Adequate District Ancillary Facilities
Issue/Rationale
This Strategy was pulled from the Strategic Plan by the School Board on May 10, 2007 as the Board wanted additional information. Please review the Strategy previously submitted with the Strategic Plan document. Following the May 10, 2007 Board meeting, the Superintendent and staff spent considerable time reviewing the original Strategic Plan. It is without question that all Divisions are confronted with space needs. It is time this issue is addressed with long range thinking and planning. The Strategic Plan is still recommended but has been modified. The detail of the modification is attached and it is this approach that is being recommended. Full discussion and detail will be provided at the Board meeting.

Discuss, review and identify desired direction on this Strategy.
