October 18, 2007 Regular Meeting Agenda Item #2 Item Title C-1 Minutes of special meeting on September 6, 2007; workshop meeting on September 10, 2007; and student disciplinary hearings and regular meeting on September 17. 2007 Issue/Rationale Florida Statute 1001.42(1) requires the superintendent, as secretary, to keep minutes and records as are necessary to set forth clearly all actions and proceedings of the school board.  The minutes of each meeting shall be reviewed, corrected if necessary, and approved at the next regular meeting; provided, that this action may be taken at an intervening special meeting if the board desires. Recommended Action Approve the minutes as submitted.
