| Title C23 - Change Order #5 for Clay High School Gym Renovations | ||
| Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for materials and labor to remove and replace two inoperable 2-inch isolation gate valves that controls the water access of the gymnasium. Additionally provide materials and labor to replace old and damaged ceiling tiles in the vestibule of the gymnasium not included in the initial scope of work. | ||

| Financial Impact This change order will increase the contract amount by $7,047.61. Architect fees, contracted at 8.82%, will increase by $621.60 as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Work Plan. | ||
