Title C27 - Change Order #2 for Clay High School Roof Repair/Replacement | ||
Description Change orders are initiated by the contractor, architect/engineer or owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change orders are reviewed by the architect/engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for forty-five (45) new retrofit drains for building 7 (unforeseen condition), an added hurricane pad for one A/C unit, and extra TPO roofing walkway pads for protective HVAC repairs. Four (4) additional days will be needed for this change order. | ||

Financial Impact If approved, this change order will increase the contract amount by $30,510.00. Architect fees will increase by $2,135.70. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan. | ||
