C27 - Change Order #2 for Clay High School Roof Repair/Replacement
Description

Change orders are initiated by the contractor, architect/engineer or owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change orders are reviewed by the architect/engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for forty-five (45) new retrofit drains for building 7 (unforeseen condition), an added hurricane pad for one A/C unit, and extra TPO roofing walkway pads for protective HVAC repairs. Four (4) additional days will be needed for this change order.

Financial Impact
If approved, this change order will increase the contract amount by $30,510.00. Architect fees will increase by $2,135.70. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan.
