Title C36 - Interlocal Agreement between the Clay County School Board and Clay County, FL related to the County Road 315 Right of Way Improvements | ||
Description The newly constructed Spring Park Elementary School requires a Right of Way and improvements to County Road 315 for ingress and egress into the school. Clay County District Schools desires the County to facilitate the necessary improvements. The purpose of this agreement is to address the respective responsibilities of the Parties related to the improvements to be constructed on CR 315 to accommodate Spring Park Elementary School. Specifically, at the intersection of the school parent pickup and bus loop entrances with CR 315. The improvements are to include the installation of the turn lanes, traffic signalization, sidewalks, school zone signage and striping; and improved drainage. | ||
Gap Analysis Failure to approve the Interlocal Agreement will delay the construction of the Right of Way for Spring Park Elementary School. | ||
Previous Outcomes The Clay County School Board has entered into several Interlocal Agreements with local governmental agencies in the past. | ||
Expected Outcomes The Board will approve the Interlocal Agreement between the Clay County School Board and Clay County, FL related to the County Road 315 Right of Way improvements. | ||
