Minutes: Dr. Susan Legutko, Assistant Superintendent for Business Affairs, reviewed the millages to be levied and reported a decrease in the roll back rate of 1.75%.

Minutes: Dr. Legutko used the attached PowerPoint presentation to review all funds of the tentative 2016-2017 budget, General Operating, Special Revenue, Debt Service and Capital Outlay. The district's total tentative budget for fiscal year 2016-2017 is $376,170,495.

3. Public Hearing for Comments on the 2016-17 Budget and Millages
|
Minutes: Chairman McKinnon opened the public hearing. With no one present to speak to the budget or millages, the public hearing was closed.
Board discussion followed with consensus to move the two Resolutions down in the agenda to follow the adoption of the millages and budget items.

4. Adopt the 2016-17 Required Local Effort Mill Levy

Motion to adopt the 2016-2017 tentative proposed Required Local Effort mill levy of 4.514 with a proposed amount to be raised of $45,412,416. The RLE millage includes basic RLE of 4.504 and a prior period adjustment millage of .010.
