An incident at a Clay County school that causes mass fatalities and/or mass casualties will require a coordinated effort to aid survivors, families and loved ones using resources and multiple agencies from Clay County and several other jurisdictions. This Reunification Plan addresses the recruiting and response aspects of implementing a Family Reunification Center (FRC) and deploying a Family Assistance Center (FAC) team and setting up an FAC to implement the family assistance process post-incident or post-disaster. The Checklists are essential to provide those charged with executing the Plan with the means to make performance of their duties more efficient.

Approval of the CCDS Family Reunification & Family Assistance Center Response Plan Final Position Specific Checklists will provide those charged with executing the Plan with checklists to make performance of their duties more efficient.
