Title C22 - Change Order #1 for Fleming Island High School Batting Practice Building and Erosion Control | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for changed site conditions due to unforeseen circumstances that resulted in the need to relocate an irrigation line, associated irrigation valve control box with line as well as a low voltage electrical line supplying the scoreboards at the softball and baseball fields from under the concrete slab to a more accessible location. | ||

Financial Impact This change order will increase the contract amount by $17,434.00. Architect fees, contracted at 8.5%, will increase by $1,481.89 as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Work Plan. | ||
