Superintendent Davis presented the Staff Allocation Model and explained its purpose and defined its elements.  The visual presentation (see attachment) included comparisons of historical methods for allocating positions and budgeting resources in Clay County with the new Allocation Model.  Three individual Staff Allocation Models were reviewed - Elementary, Junior High, and High School -  as well as the overall impact of the model.  The new model was the basis for the proposed 2017-2018 allocations.
