Relocatable building type 92, rooms 717, 771, 772, and 773 located at Keystone Heights Elementary School, identified as CI 2005, CI 2236, CI 2237, and CI 2238 need to be disposed of due to space necessary to complete the new cafeteria and multi-purpose educational facility that is currently being constructed. Freedom Christian Fellowship is assuming ownership of the four (4) portables mentioned above.  The portables have ancillary equipment consisting of ramps and stairs.  The ramps and stairs have been deemed surplus and unusable.  Freedom Christian Fellowship has agreed to purchase all of the ramps and stairs for $25,000.00.  Freedom Christian Fellowship will be responsible for paying for all of the costs associated with moving the ramps and stairs.

No action would result in an unnecessary financial burden on the district.

The School Board has approved the sale of surplus equipment in the past.

It is expected the School Board will approve the purchase agreement to sell the four (4) sets of ramps and stairs.
