Title C25 - Change Order #3 for Clay High School Restroom Renovations | ||
Description Change Orders are initiated by the Contractor, Architect/Engineer or Owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change Orders are reviewed by the Architect/Engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order is for materials and labor to remove and grind down existing epoxy flooring that is delaminating in Room 803 and 805, remove damaged concrete and prepare the floor for new epoxy type flooring by installing a new quarry base. Additionally this change order also covers the materials and labor for the replacement of ceiling framed LED lights in all the restrooms being renovated. | ||

Financial Impact This change order will increase the contract amount by $31,615.00. Architect fees, contracted at 8.34%, will increase by $2,636.70 as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Work Plan. | ||
