| Description Change orders are initiated by the contractor, architect/engineer, or owner, and may increase or decrease the scope of the project as defined by the plans and specifications. Change orders are reviewed by the architect/engineer and staff prior to submission to the School Board for approval. This change order addresses design modifications and schedule acceleration due to regulatory delays in obtaining the St. Johns River Water Management District permit, adding 157 days to the contract. | ||

| Financial Impact This change order will increase the contract amount by $458,913.53. Architect/Engineer fees, contracted at 6%, will not increase as a result of this change order. These funds are available and budgeted in the Educational Facilities Plan, pending Board approval. | ||
